Alex looked back up at the next bar. It was a little far, but maybe he could just reach it. He really didn't want to fall, though, so it took a moment for him to get the courage to move one of his hands. Still swinging, he let go with one hand, stretching out his arm to catch the next bar...oops. His other hand started to slip, apparently unable to hold on for long on its own. He let out a surprised mew as he tried to grab on to something with his other hand. Nero looked up, ears swiveling to catch a familiar sound. "Alex?" Turning from the odd scene a ways away of another child saying something to his parents about a bird in the sandbox, he could see the little neko on the monkey bars. Someone was standing there with him, but that sound had still made Nero nervous. He stood up and rushed over to make sure he was okay. "Alex!"
