The Doctor goes to see what is up. He is half asleep.He rubbed his eyes. He knew that it was normal that the Torchwood team would sometimes have disagreements when somebody made the wrong decision.

"MMMMm its the flower of life and death " The Doctor replied. He was looking at her "Ah sounds like somebody did something wrong and JAck is angry about it, I'm used to that, but JAck doesnt like it when his orders are disobeyed."
He wondered what had been done wrong and if it was to do with the blips. He was looking at the screen. The Doctor was stretching a bit "Wonder if those blips were to do with what ever has been done wrong,"
JAck huffed and walked out of the room for some coffee.
