A:Characters can be psychics, the limitations that they will have on them is the same that would be on nearly any Empath. This means that for them if they are not careful simply walking out into the commons can be a deafening experience as they have to deal with the minds of everyone around them. If they invade another mind, that belongs to an Empath more powerful than them they run the risk of their own mind being, for lack of a better term, counter invaded. Training dose exist that can allow a non Empath to resist, or even fully block, the Character Empath Also without training and sufficient power they cannot control a wild mind worm boil (which no-one can do), or wrest control of one from its handler.

A:The RP for the most part will be a sandbox like with mission based drives, though there will be purely mission based parts
