Thank you, but let me clarify. The damage multiplier depends on current HP, say, I manage to reach 1 HP. The output would be tremendous. And so would the health siphoning, which as it heals me and it'll do that rather fast, I begin losing stacks of damage. If you've ever played Borderlands 2 the Mecromancer. Gaige has stacks of Anarchy, which she acquires by killing enemies. Reloading or dying rests those stacks, which in my case represents my current HP, at max the damage multiplier would be laughable as I haven't lost any HP. The health siphon works the same way, at max HP, it would be barely noticeable.
