[hider=Book spoiler] Tyrion's execution is a bigger spectacle than Ned Stark's. It was actually hard to read because you know there's nothing that's going to get him out of it, be it his wits, Bronn, or Jaime. Making it worse, the sword Joffery had forged from Ice as a gift from Tywin, Widow's Wail, is the device used in the execution. It's kind of the final parallel between Tyrion and Ned, two men who were betrayed after trying to do right. I love how bittersweet this story gets, I am kind of anxious to see if they do the scene with the same gravity I felt reading it.[/hider]
