"Well the mask is going to have a beam like effect so that if I activate it and someone were to look into the masks eyes, they would begin feeling an intense fear. The brain would fill in the blanks on what it is they fear the most and it would take extreme willpower to overcome. This is my answer to the more physically strong adversaries I may face in life. Just because you're physically strong, doesn't mean you're mentally strong." Flood explained as he took a gun like device out of his pocket. "I've actually built a prototype, but it doesn't seem to work on me. It's as if my brain has a natural defense against fear. I believe it has something to do with my multiple personalities." He explained further as he fiddled with a small knob on the device. "I have it set to the lowest possible setting and I was wondering if you could help me out.
