Kika nods at the counselors' instructions and starts working. This actually made a lot of sense to him, and he enjoyed building the bow. He moved slowly, taking care with the details to make sure that it would be sturdy. After he finished, he took a minute to check over it, fixing little mistakes and making slight improvements.

Kido looked over the diagrams. Huh. This was...ah...hm... 
It would take a little work for him to fully understand it, but he vaguely remembered something his Ida showed him a while ago. This part looked pretty similar, as did that... This was a little different, but maybe if he tried this... 

It seemed like it was starting to take shape now, so he took a break to look over and see how the others were progressing.
