Kain never had sex with Chloe or Keira as he was he stayed true to his loved one Ellie. Plus after her death he was preoccupied with planning revenge. I think Kain would have been aware of Scorn's motives and was intrigued by them. Kain will eventually join up with Scorn as they share a hatred for the human race.
