The resulting explosion was enough to knock the dragon back, forcing it to take to the sky. Once the dust finally cleared, Jarrod squinted his eyes to see if they had done any damage to the creature. He was met by a defeaning roar. A large hole was evidently seen on its armor, and the purplish energy that inhabited the interior of the beast began to leak out messily.
