The Doctor was looking at her "Ah time travel remember." he was grinning. He knew that it still could have been his future self. He didn't really know if he would ever would want to meet his future self.
He also knew of the risks that could cause "Ah," he smiled "Of course. That planet should be rather fun."
The time lord didn't want to talk about too much miserable stuff.

"If you want to be off, suppose we could get going after we say goodbye to Jack." He smiled. He knew that JAck was busy lately and wouldn't probably tag along this time. He was thinking for awhile.
He knew even if Jack was a friend, sometimes he was too much.
