I can agree with this. The Congo is more likely to be a Chinese vassal state and have a stable military that is heavily subsidized. For itself however, I also express my doubts because I really don't think that having a military that can hold their ground against China without serious casualties and almost total devastation, yet alone having a 'advanced military'.
