Oh, a couple of points about the last posts from Winter and Machine - 
Captain Garrett is the captain of the [I]Parvan's Claw.[/i] She's firmly aboard the land-ship, it was General Houseman who was debriefing us. He, the Captain and Silver have a history of working together, and came up with the Roughriders concept together.

And, MachineSoul, Silver only has an artificial arm, not an artificial eye. His left eye was removed at the time of his injury, and is covered by a patch. If Aiden has access to his medical files, it will state that Silver has trained himself to be able to compensate for it in most regards over the last several years, and despite normal recommendations, has passed all normal visual acuity tests. 
(Because otherwise, y'know. He wouldn't be a GEAR pilot. Also, it's not real so :P )
