as he cautiously looked around the inside of the laboratory, R'yak was somewhat impressed with how the lab was built, for a primitive world like earth, this place's set up wasn't too bad, the technology was still not as advanced as his race's, but still not too bad. he kept a firm grip on his weapon, now that the alarm had gone off, he was certain that whoever was in this building was alerted to his presence and after the alarm shut off, he kept moving further in the lab. after almost half a minute, his contacts picked up the energy signature of a humanoid shaped being approaching to where he was. his contact lenses also said that there was a big amount of electrical energy inside the being which meant that it could be some high tech security droid. R'yak had his gun pointed in the direction that the being would appear soon, and he waited for whoever or whatever was coming his way. if it attacked him, he would blow it away, if was peaceful then he would ask it where the other powerful lifeforms were in the laboratory.
