[b]Skills/Strengths:[/b] Mark can take almost anything thrown at him, a former warehouse worker, this man has the power of someone double his own size, and he's not exactly small. Along with his physical strength and resistance, the man is mentally solid, confident in his own abilities and always more than happy to kick a Chimeran soldier in the teeth.

[b]Weaknesses:[/b] While the man is confident, he gets over confident, and often abandons his weapons to take a more personal approach with his enemies, putting himself, and his comrades, at risk. 

[b]Personality:[/b] Mark is, quite simply, a cold blooded killer, hotheaded and brash, he's known to bull-rush into any situation, in extension, he's also forgetful, specially with the recent visions he's received, despite resisting the infection, he's more prone to Chimeran behaviour than the others of his kind, his premature charging being a classic example. He can, however, have his calmer moments, in which he'll take care of his allies in their times of need, be it a physical, or emotional issue.

[b]Background:[/b] A former warehouse worker at the docks of Portsmouth, Markus spent his teenage years spending all day every day heavy lifting, in the process, he built a large muscle mass and a resistance to external trauma, suffering only a few broken bones, including his right shoulder in his life. The injury making him left-handed, inhibiting his motor skills, being forced to use his less dominant side for hand-based tasks, this affliction has remained ever since, and he is therefore more suited to weaponry that doesn't require him to shoulder the weapon.

Upon joining the British Army at the age of 22 through their reserves consignment. Mark set into the rigorous training required with the gusto of two people, the determination of a squad of special forces troopers and the foresight to keep his head down in the process. After two years, he was invited to train with the SAS, he took the opportunity and served with them through the dying years of World War 2, he subsequently fought at the beginning of the Chimeran invasion, only 5 years later. Ending in him being infected, falling into a coma, and experiencing visions of the likes he could never imagine.

Upon recovery, the golden-eyes tank of a man re-signed with the Army, using his past experience as a stepping stone, finding that his shoulder had healed and his physical performance had improved greatly. Upon regaining his position as a Sergeant, Markus trained as an instruction officer, and trained many young, new soldiers, one of whom being Frances Hale herself, the both of them being recruited into Operation Morningstar at almost exactly the same time.[/hider]
