"Oh my you are cold as snowman, or sno[b]woman[/b] I should say, you want my jacket? OH wait I know!!!!" he said as he reached within his jacket and pulled out an empty cup and a pot of tea, he poured a cup of tea and handed it to Elsa.

"TEA TIME! Have some tea before you catch a cold Elsa, I'm cold just looking at you, you're giving me EYE-cicles, get it?!!!" he said laughing at his own joke and wiping away some tears of joy. "Oh my, where are my manners I am the Hatter, though most people call me mad... well its true. Where I come from we're all mad." He said before he turned to the other girl. 

"Goldilocks would you and your lizard friend like some tea as well?" he grinned.
