Pepper blinked at his words, it was his usual behavior, he didn't like reading anything he didn't have to. Knowing him he would just go into the meeting room and announce something absurd just as he always did. Pepper however wasn't really fond of his tone. "I told you ten minutes because you would slack otherwise," she mentioned seriously without backing down. 

She was aware that he was working on a new project, something he hadn't even bothered to inform her. Still she wished he would rest. According to JARVIS he had only been getting a few hours of rest every night, it worried to see him like this.
