Kami arcs an eyebrow at the fool who would disturb him in the middle of teaching manners to the other ignorant fool. Of course, such behavior was only to be expected from beings unwilling to accept him as their God. Stubborn, useless minds, wasting away at goals they could never achieve, like ants building a colony. So proud of their work, devoting their entire lives to it, slaving away, ignorant to just how tiny and worthless that entire life was. Kami pitied them. "I killed you once. It is mere common coutesy to remain dead, and mere common sense not to draw my attention." While any other foe would have struck Mithias down, Kami ignored the change in signatures, taking the moment, instead, to gloat and look smug. -------------- As Kaika watches the spectacle, the glowing planet seems to explode, as raw power rips through the surrounding space armada. It's impossible to see just how many factions were fighting, what they were fighting for, and who led them. All they were from so far away were blinking lights, soem larger than others, occasionally exploding. However, the explosion of the planet unavoidably takes it's toll on any ships too close to it, ripping apart all regardless of allignment. Of course, this show of destructive force is dwarfed by the spectacle that was revealed afterwards, the source of the ancient power. Amidst the debris of the remains of the planet floats a giant figure, partially human in appearance and yet infinitely different. It's easily the size of a large continent, outsizing even the moons that had orbited the planet, visible even from so far away. Thousands of long arms extended from its humanoid torso, each hand holding a strange symbol of power from ancient times. Instead of a face, it bears three masks, one for sadness, one for happiness, and one that seems to contain nothing but infinity. It's main face, the Mask of Inifinity, seems to contain the very universe, all that is known and unknown, an absolute equilibrium. Simply looking at it is like looking at the universe from the perspective of a God, witnessing it's creation thousands of times over, as Galaxies expands and contract in slow motion. Dressed in not any garment of clothing, but rather in all garments of clothing this strange being's appearance seems to shift to conform to whatever thoughts flicker through your head, and whenever you even blink, or change angle, a new secret of it's appearance is revealed, a new face, a new Mask, a new appearance. A being that came from before life, before death, from before even the birth of this very universe, ancient beyond measure of all but the greatest of Gods and Spirits. However, even as the mysterious creature appears, several more beings enter the fray. Not too far from Kaika's location, a group of humanoid figures walks from a bright glowing portal. They walk in pairs, each pair completely identical, like a parade of twins. First come two humanoid wolves, their eyes bright green, dressed in what seem to be elegant suits. Spectres of the dead swirl around the pair, and merely their walk reinforces the undeniable aura of death that encases the barren planet Kaika had been stranded upon. They walked with stiffness, and yet an odd elegance, their grave demeanor reflecting upon the power that excedes from these beings. Each was most likely a God of some power. Next, come two long, elegant women, both covered in bright green scales. They're entirely reptillian, fingers extended into claws, long membranous frills around their necks, brightly colored orange and yellow. Red spots could be seen around their eyes, and a close observer would find distinct birthmarks all over their bodies like tattoos in a variety of colors. Each was dressed in a flamboyant suit of animal hides and feathers, wearing a crown of bones, and from each one could feel, to stark contrast of the two before, a wild power of life. A force of evolution and growth, the wild untamed power of life unmatched. Instead of clashing with the auras of the more somber wolves, however, it merely cycles around it, in perfect balance with one another. Lastly, come a pair of foxes, long and elegant, covered in white fur. Their bright blue eyes seem to hold great secrets, and from their backs trail nine tails, each of which add only to a certain feeling of casual elegance. They tread, and whispers are heard of knowledge forgotten or forbidden, secrets both ancient and new. Dark temptations and goals forged through secrecy, lost knowledge and the answers of unsolvable mysteries. While the other two might lie in contrast to one another, it is this aura that seems to unite the two, as each of these mysterious figures silently takes it's place, staring up at the spectacle in the sky.
