Yeah! I've been playing an ongoing storyline with a group of my friends here in the UK. We're all spread out - as you do, as you all grow older - and we used to all play regularly when we were younger. So, I started up the idea of a semi-regular get together where we could all play together around one every month or so at one of our houses. 
We're playing a tabletop RP based in a home-made sci-fi setting that's heavily influenced by a lot of things, such as Macross, Halo, and Mass Effect. The rules we're using are a heavily modified version of the Mekton Zeta/Fusion rules system. We've been playing for about four to five years now with a continuous story!

No rush at all! It doesn't need to be an extensive list of course, but I don't want you to miss out on weapon options. I think with the mods you've added, your Jag will be much more of a multi-role aircraft too :D
