Rias was dodging a bunch of arrows when she ran into Karnog. 

She let out a laugh "Having a but of a rough time there?"

She stepped forward, her hand wrapping around the hilt of the dagger in his shoulder before he could react she pulled it out and stepped back to dodge anything he threw at her. She could of easily sliced his neck from behind him but decided against it and rolled the dagger between her fingers.
