Wicked, Yeah the Living Vampire bit can be dropped and nothing in the sheet would really change. 

I'd take out the part about kidnapping the VP and SecState, hijacking LAX, and blowing up the Washington Monument. Domestic terrorism is more dangerous thanks to the Awakening. But counter-terrorism is even more hardass. If Elektra tried any one of those things in this Universe, she would have been ripped apart by superpowered federal agents or else Pariah would have done her in. And domestic terrorism is quite different from robbery and she seems to have no motivation for it. 

I'd also downgrade her bank robbing history to more petty crime, as it is much more realistic for a mother with children to commit small crimes to gain money than risk dying in a bank robbery. She should upgrade to things like robbing banks because of her powers.

Wormgod, basically all of the greek gods were petty to some degree. In this Universe, names have power and constantly invoking the name of a powerful goddess (albeit accidentally) would persuade said goddess to answer the call eventually. And who knows what might happen but you probably wouldn't win the lottery. Belladonna is a fine name, I'll edit the roster.
