She has some kind of sound amplification device which she uses to play classical music. Except it's weaponized and she commits crime with it. Her crimes are less about the goals and more about the spectacle, though, she commits "theatrical" crimes and never leaves anyone permanently injured from them because she wants people to talk about her. Well, that's partially why she avoids permanently injuring people at least. Sometimes to the point of capturing people for the duration of her crime and making them watch her "performance".
