Very nearby to the fight stood the armored van, smooth and surprisingly hard to spot in the snow. Not hard for a vampire or trained sniper though, but fairly safe by virtue of it's thick plating. In it was a small unit of vampire soldiers, armed with machine guns and a collection of grenades, flash-bangs and EMP's.
