OK Gyrin finally replied

Marx, Gyrin isn't giving GM powers to anyone else, but is going to let someone by in charge of the Ignori district.
From what I see, sylverblu is probably the most active member in the Ignori group, so I suggested sylverblu to do it, Gyrin thought that seemed appropriate
(He asked me to do it, but I feel I am rather too inactive in this group to take on such a role)
sylverblu, if you do not mind, Gyrin would like it if you would be in charge of the Ignori district's leader Fioranna. The eccentric one.
