So after a spark of inspiration, I realized I may or may not be ending up rewriting the [i]entire[/i] ESP system (Don't worry though, it functions more or less the same) so for now that bit is on a temporary hiatus as I get my crap together. Though I will say the rankings are now:

Beta-level - Used to be Class 4/[i]Way[/i] Above Average
Gamma-level - U2B Class 3/Average/Useful in Daily Life
Delta-level - U2B Class 1 + 2 (Too much overlap)/New or Basic or Just Plain Too Weak to Be Useful Except Under Uncommon Circumstances

And of course, Alpha-level is still made up of "Those Assholes"

I'll get the actual thing up with the System Revision (or maybe post it separately sooner; they don't overlap [i]too[/i] much.)

EDIT: Also, I've taken the implication with the arc we have planned, and Ren's ESP ability. The way it all came together in my head basically turned him into [i]Accelerator[/i].
