trust That was such a powerful word to her. To have a human trust her - one that knew more about her than anyone had in a long time- was powerful to her. That didn't stop her from wanting to protest as he took the apple away, and for a split second, she looked at it longingly- before hiding her interest and finding something else to play with...like this quarter she had found. "you are ...too kind. and not dead at all." she sighed quietly with a slight smile. She was referring of course, to what he had said about dying the day he was attacked by a vampire. She found it sad, that he was so lively still yet he felt like he was just waiting to be snagged by the reaper. she made the quarter spin and balanced it in the middle of her index finger's nail for a second or two, before setting it down. "My first master...he was killed right after turning me. I slipped away during the scuffle...I was going to return to my family, but by the time I made it home, the sun was coming up...and it burned so much...even just at the edge of it." she paused and looked out the window as the pittering of rain started, it almost seemed to make her feel better. "I thought I had created some great sin and was meant never to see my family again, by god's own hands....so i ended up seeking out the man who killed my master, and I followed him until some older vampire gentleman noticed my activities." She shrugged, "Things went on from there, and I grew strong enough to make sure the old man died from age instead of whatever else he thought was coming to him." ... "...sometimes I wonder if he would have been understanding if I had come out when he called for me...."
