[i][b]Kjolmar[/b] didn't grow up in Orre but has been around for the last few years. At first he didn't come to Orre. He was convinced that Cipher wouldn't stop at just Orre alone but he had a younger sister named Lily to take care of at home. They were orphans and despite the locals doing their best to raise the two of them, Lily was just too young. When Lily became old enough to get a starter pokémon, Kjolmar decided it was time for him to travel to Orre and join the Resistance.[/i]
