Connor thought for a moment, "Maybe I just know I have nothing to lose" He said shrugging, "So why not be too kind? I don't have friends, or a family, so there's nothing to lose" He fell silent for a long time. "It's probably a good thing that you didn't return to your family. You wouldn't have been able to resist their blood, not as a newborn." he said softly, turning the windshield wipers on. He let out a soft sigh, "You didn't create some sort of sin. You were just in the wrong place, at the wrong time. Its not your fault, Elizabeth. Its never been your fault. You aren't like the twihards, where some of them actually go looking for vampires because they are delusional" he bit into the apple, chewing thoughtfully. He sighed again, simply because the world was just cruel. Connor had a choice in what he let happen to himself, Elizabeth didn't. "Hunters are never an understanding lot, and ones from three hundred years ago? Jeez, without technology I can't even imagine hunting" He said, glancing over to her. He would give her back her life, yes, 300 years later, but he would still do it. He grimaced and said softly, "Whoever killed your master might have used you as bait. I'm going to give you back what you lost, I know its not the same, but you'll have a fresh start" He suddenly laughed, "And then you will be forced to understand technology"
