Name: Has no name, though guards call him "Static" 
Age: Hard to tell, though likely nearly thousands of years old
Species: Virus, a living, walking, talking, glitch in the universe 
Gender: Male, technically 
Weakness(Must have): Any magic is highly effective against Static, he does not like high levels of light, holy things make him feel queasy, and he detests any toys of any kind 
Powers: He appear and disappear in a puff of green binary at high speeds, this is limited to an average arms length, he can do it roughly 15 times in a row until he needs to "recharge", can create fake apparitions, can eat most organic matter, other then living tissue *so just keep him away from the ground and he can't go anywhere* and he can translate anything he says to whatever language a person he is speaking too most often uses (so he's fluent in everything)
Personality: He is hectic, and naturally wishes to cause trouble, he has never shown signs of wishing to be free, as it is "more interesting" in the facility, he enjoys laughing, waaaaaay to much, he loves untrustworthy people, and playing around with lies and riddles 
History: Found wandering an abandoned city in Peru, he never says how he got there, but he does mention being locked somewhere underground for many years, he came quite easily along with facility members (only three mortal injuries :D ) and has only escaped twice, they give him special treatment now...
