Shu was pretty happy to get involved, but he didn’t have a clue to what was going to be the best course of action for him in regards to what he should learn again first. If he could get his energy control under, he’d be good to go with flying and shooting off Ki without having to worry about others around him or hurting someone. He would have no problem when he could get a hold of it once more, his hopes for the future resting on this training so that maybe he could finally fight alongside his brother and not end up blasting him accidentally. Looking to T’charrl, he smiled happily before back to Takeshi, bouncing on his feet lightly, “Fly, fly, fly! I like flying! Kinda”, he spoke quickly, pressing his fingers together for a moment, “I mean I like it but I still get scared that I’m going to hurt myself which happens a lot…” T’charrl really was interested in this sort of thing, his mind not quite adapting to the idea of it all quite yet. He really hoped he could learn it and find out whether he could adapt it with his own abilities. There was a lot he didn’t know about his powers, his Great-Grandmother only taught him about speaking to the trees through the energy and how to keep it under control. There was a time when he did learn how to project it, but it proved to be destructive and he was discouraged from using it too much. Speaking to the dead was pretty normal, otherwise he wouldn’t had been able to talk to her at all, but considering their reactions to his ability to do this it was obvious it wasn’t part of Ki. Feeling a little nervous, he held his claws all together, giving a little nod each time Takeshi explained something. Looking down at himself, he tried to find the Ki inside himself, but really he didn’t know what he was looking for. Shu was pretty enthusiastic, giving a quick nod as he raised his hands, he flexed his fingers. He could feel his Ki, sort of. He didn’t know whether it was his Ki, but it was definitely something he was familiar with, whether it was just tingling or itchiness. Scratching as his arms quickly, he tilted his head a little before looking down at himself, “I am paying attention, sort of”, he spoke, giving a little smile, “I hope I don’t go flying into the air again, though…” Quickly sitting down when Takeshi did, he smiled as he stared at him only realising he should really be doing what he was told. Closing his eyes, he let out a sigh as he tried to relax himself, hoping he could focus for once and not end up blasting off into the sky. T’charrl thought that all sounded similar to what he did to keep his own powers in check, frowning a little when it was left awfully vague. He would have to try and divide Ki and his own powers, slowly sitting down as well. He moved his arms close to him, closing his eyes all while hoping he could find this centre with this energy. He didn’t quite know what he was supposed to be looking for, but he did remember when he was healing their wounds they gave their energy to him. It was probably the same as that, but trying to remember that feeling was a little tougher. Lowering his head, he tried to focus his mind to that instance. He wasn’t sure whether he was getting anything, but he did have hopes that he could do it. Lightly sighing, his antennae twitched as he slowly lowered his head some more, “…I can feel my own power, but my energy…it’s difficult…” he muttered, shaking his head slowly, “How do you pull it to the surface like you can…?” Pushing his powers down was another thing, but doing that while his own energy was low would probably end with him fainting. Feeling a little worried, he opened his eye a little to give a glance to Shu, just to see if he was still sitting there.
