An this is why we should have said nothing, Mosis.
Fandoms, especially of the cult variety, often get like this if you so much as claim to never have watched/played/read it. It gets even worse when you actually do watch/play/read whatever it is and you don't fin it as appealing as they do. 
I did that once; got banned from an internet community. Dark times for me on the internet. :/

EDIT: Just finished reading your latest post, Derv. I found more than small amusement in Tanya's remark about Mark losing his company future contracts, and how the scuffle was good for Nova. xD
