"Uh, it's a bit different than that," Melody spoke up when he started swinging her around. "Hold me by the chain, and you can use both weights to fight. It's not quite as easy to do, but once you get the hang of it it's much more effective." It seemed like he was a fast learner, so at least she wouldn't be spending weeks teaching her new master how to use a Manriki.

"And here," She added, lifting her chain when he stopped swinging and settling it around his shoulders. "If you carry me this way your hands are free for whatever else, though I'm sure you would have figured that out at some point." She transmitted a smile and shortened the chain so she would rest comfortably. "I'm glad to have such a competent Meister. Here's hoping you continue to impress me."
