And well she's a Student I suppose. 

The Time theft is more of a running Gag thought than an actual ability xD. 

The Blink ability is actually not part of her speed, its a Instant time manouver. She's incapable of performing any action while blinking, also without direct line of sight twenty yards forward she would likely crash into something and end up seriously hurt. Its more of a 'oh shiet' escape move. 

Superhuman agility and speed kind of reffer to that shes as agile as a cat, but not as quick as a cheetah. She's likely to outrun normal humans, but Its fairly logical that Vampires and such may be faster. 

Gale strike is her lvl 1 basic attack xD,Its more of a Dagger slash with a gush of wind attached to it than an actual force of nature xD

The Sand gale is a level 3 combo finisher, Its more powerful than the regular Gale strike capable of lifting sand aadd it to the attack, for whatever the effect may be. 

Both which probably are better as an diversion than a real attack xD 

She's a Thief after all, not one who would murder her victims.
