Such a cultural osmosis would take decades. If the RP even lasts 50+ rounds of posting, then sure, but otherwise there's not going to be a realistic timeframe in which that could take place. At best, you could create a blend, kind of like when the mongols and russians came together and made some little tartars, or one such blend could already exist.

I do hate to stifle creativity, but Lundland isn't supposed to be a vast empire of numerous cultures. If you're anything other than something similar to western European, it's because you came here with an army and conquered. Your history is fine, though.
