Mister Crystal was a villain Blast Girl faced. At the moment I'm thinking he had glass manipulation powers, which he used to kill people. He was kind of a horrible person and Blast Girl ended up giving him a serious beatdown and he was apprehended and imprisoned.

I'm not sure about everything about him though.
