As he picked up Ezuri from the ground and heaved him over his shoulders, he nodded towards the genin, their sign to leave. The ANBU present here would do the rest. It was a bit shameful that his first mission as a squad leader had been such a disaster, but it was too late to mend that situation anyways. While travelling back towards the village, he kept the same strict pace as during the trip towards it, merciless towards the wounds of his team, which he had expected them to have taken care of in the short pause they had had before leaving. There was a strange tension in the air, because of his interference in the mission. It was obvious that he was not amused by their display of abilities, but he was still finding a way to express this without making them feel too bad, or not bad enough. 

[b]"Your performances today were sub-par. You broke formation, failed to form a cohesive unit, and spoiled our element of surprise. Remember that we are shinobi by profession, not warriors."[/b] He finally said with a rather harsh voice, knowing that Ezuri wasn't there to hear it. [b]"While some of you are more at fault than the others, you are a team, and therefor you are all responsible."[/b] He added without a glance backwards to the genin following him, and then waited to see if any of them had any more remarks or questions about it. During their next training, this would most certainly be adressed. If there would be a next training for Team 7 in its current state that is.
