History: Rachel was born into a renowned coven as the daughter of their intimidating leader. She's always been a know it all, and it's no surprise to her family that she chose a career of telling other people what to do. Being a mortal, she grew up with a closer understanding of the conflicts between the supernatural and the every day human and decided to make it her life's mission to try and create harmony between the two groups.

Personality: Despite the fact that many of her students are much older than her, (Rachel being a mortal) she always carries an air of supposed superiority that often comes across as quite comical in the face of such blunt proof to the contrary. On top of that she's completely oblivious while maintaining the idea that she has every clue what's happening at all times, and often seems more like a caricature of a person than an actual vice principal. Despite all this, her heart is in the right place and you can often find her trying to inspire the students to use their abilities to their full potential. Unfortunately most of her inspirations sound like cliche cat posters, but at least she tries.
