Well, no. He's too awesome to be a "true" Jeigan. Same with Titania. True Jeigans are only supposed to have 25 or less HP, but yeah. But no prepromotes measure up completely to the Tier 1 units after they've promoted. I'm going to be an amazing unit in the beginning, but as time wears on, Vellia is not going to be quite as amazing, as other units will surpass her.

And I like the "wounded" idea. Kind of like Orson during the one chapter that he's a playable unit in Sacred Stones.

Anyway, I've got some more to do on this, which I will work on while I'm gone (I have to leave in a bit. Honestly, I didn't even know I was going somewhere until recently.). I'll see you guys in a day or so.
