[*][b]Personality:[/b] Normally, Flandre is more peaceful than you would expect from the ruckus after the Scarlet Mist incident. She is, on the whole, quite content to stay inside for the most part, and avoid people. Still, with all this time spent in Gensokyo, she's finally gotten curious enough about the outside world to want to go out and about--which, with supervision, has been permitted. 
She is, however, somewhat crazy. Conversation seems to lead to tangential babbling more often than not, and when upset she [i]will[/i] cause trouble. Plus she's not all that knowledgeable about the world. At least she's friendly when docile...[/*]
[*][b]Abilities:[/b] Super speed, strength, regeneration, can turn into a bat, the obvious flight, almost immediate regeneration, if her sister is anything to go by she can presumably control any blood that happens to be lying around... oh, and Flandre can destroy anything. She can also make at least three clones.[/*]
[*][b]Other:[/b] So very, very many weaknesses. Because she'd drop it, the fairy maid supervising her is the one carrying the parasol. Aside from sunlight, sardine heads, roasted soybeans, and running water are [i]all[/i] dangerous.[/*][/list]

[*][b]Personality:[/b] Surprisingly smart for a fairy, but has about as much book learning as an earthworm: can't read, can't do maths, can't do any maidwork without breaking something or setting things on fire. At least part of this is caused by being too enthusiastic at unfamiliar tasks, then hating them once she realises she can't do them. She's friendly enough that if she recognises you, you'll be treated as her best friend for life.[/*]

[*][b]Other:[/b] Was specifically chosen to keep an eye on Flandre as she's smart enough to not forget her task, and is both able to find Flan if she wanders off [i]and[/i] find her way home.[/*][/list]
