Question 1: While I haven't seen a long plot from you, your characters (especially Pinkamena) really spice up the story when they're in. 
Question 2: I don't have enough information for emotion, but definitely quite a bit of interest, like I said.
Question 3: I really can't put a number on this. You're one of the base members, and you leaving forever would be a pretty big blow in my eyes, although it wouldn't cause the rolelpay to collapse.

Question 5: Stay. Your presence is integral, you're another that makes this RP feel whole. There'd be a hole without you, just I feel like there's a hole without Dark RPing, and when Blitz isn't here.
