A and C both want more territory, they agree to start a 'war' with each other and march their forces all over B who cant defend itself on both sides. Once they come to the middle, they can sign a peace treaty and dissolve B entirely since they already have all of their armies sitting on any positions of importance while 'preparing' for war.
