Aoba wasn't necessarily depressed by the news, just overwhelmed. To have so much thrown onto him at once after a having a practically care free life would do that to an angel. That didn't mean he still wasn't a sad angel. He hadn't been paying attention when he heard Kuro shifting off the couch. Instead, he treated his head down, trying to take everything step by step and process by process. His head lifted a little to see Kuro's figure at his side. That would explain the light touch to his wings. He didn't think the priest would randomly go touching his wings, but if he did, Aoba doubted he would have minded too much about it. There was the familiar sensation when Kuro grabbed him gently, and instantly he knew what would happen next. When the kiss was placed, Aoba couldn't help but smile and nod. They share a moment and the priest watchs with a keen eye. Kuro was definitely much different from the other demons he had encounteted. Never had he seen something as intriguing as it was. Even though it was probably- no it was wrong for an angel and demon to be together, he couldn't help but wonder how far it would go. Would the two last? Aoba was obviously an innocent angel and he seemed oblivious to Kuro's devotion. And then there was Kuro who didn't see past his own surface affection, but that was probably due to his demonic nature as well. 'This is one messy relatjonship.' "Sorry." Aoba mumbled and nodded. "I trust you." Of course, Aoba didn't realize putting his faith into a demon only would start the process of darkening his wings, let alone the demon charm he was wearing. It wasn't a dramatic change, but for the others it might have been easy to spot. The priest's was the first to notice, due to being able to see it in the light. He started to say something, but immediately silenced, unsure of how Aoba would react. He was pretty sensitive,  and he did remember the angel talking about his wings the day before. The priest once again looked over at Kuro, but his nose was in the book. Fit now, he decided to observe the two. "Shouldn't I be the one reading that?" Aoba said with a soft smile before standing up straight.
