I'll start working a character concept... thinking a washed up "dirty cop" trope, part of Asheville's small gang / vice unit. A generally bad and amoral guy that probably should have never been given a badge. A drunk too, probably on administrative leave for some violation or another when the world goes down the crapper. Not a particularly skilled gent but the type that has little or no qualms about doing anything that he deems to his benefit.
