Shu really did enjoy having Nimbus around, even its noise it made was pretty cute and calming. He was certainly trying to think that flying by himself was the best thing for him, but of course he could never forget Nimbus and would bring it with him whenever he had to go somewhere without the fear of battle. If trouble would come while he was on Nimbus, he would tell Nimbus to leave and fly on his own. Peeking out over the side of Nimbus, he watched as Kame House slowly came into view finally, feeling pretty happy to be able to see his old Master again, “Ooh! There it is! I hope he’s home…” he spoke, watching it carefully, “Does he know how to fly…? How does he leave? Swimming?” That aspect really confused Shu, but he wasn’t going to let that bother him too much considering he was going to be able to see Roshi again and be able to train with a real Master; however, if Roshi didn’t know how to fly, then he had no idea who was supposed to teach him if Takeshi didn’t want to. T’charrl was sure trying at this point, the weight of his body certainly beginning to feel more prominent as he tried to keep up. He was getting a little behind, but he was still trying to stay positive and hopefully make it to the island. Feeling the weight of himself for what he really was, he put in some extra force into flying when Takeshi spoke to him, trying to reassure him that everything was going to be just fine. Looking up at him with a smile, he really hoped he was going to make it and that his joking was not going to be reality. Without the warm air currents, trying to fly over water was pretty difficult when everything relied on his strength at this point. This was probably the reason he wasn’t seeing very many flying animals out here like he saw on land; it was just too difficult to keep in the air when it was so dense. Finally coming in towards the island, Shu guided Nimbus down towards it, feeling pretty happy that he was going to see Roshi again. It was certainly a long time since he was here and he did miss it, but he also remembered why he needed to be there. He needed to get better at Ki control so he could blast the bad guys, he also needed to fly by himself without Takeshi having to worry about him. Looking to Takeshi quickly, he smiled as he came in for a landing, hoping T’charrl was going to be just as good. He was still there, at least, but definitely struggling by the looks of it. Landing down on the beach, he jumped off Nimbus and let out a sigh, looking to T’charrl quickly only to see him fall on the sand rather clumsily onto his front. Tilting his head, he bounced around to T’charrl, staring at him curiously, “Are you okay, Friend T’charrl?” he asked him, bending down a little. T’charrl had tried to land on his feet, but his wings didn’t give him a break and his weight practically snapped his knees to the side and he fell forward. Pushing slightly, he gradually crawled back up to his feet, letting out a sigh, “I-I’m okay…thank you…” That was pretty awkward and somewhat scary, seeing as how he could have easily drowned. He was already a big enough fella; he didn’t need to be dragging Takeshi or Shu down with his weight. Slowly wiping down his front, he stared at the house curiously, wondering why someone would live all the way out here. Maybe the people here were pretty good at swimming too, especially when he didn’t see anything that would allow someone to fly like Takeshi told him. Giving his wings a gentle brush, he slowly moved towards the house, feeling a little nervous already. Frowning slightly, he moved behind Takeshi, still feeling pretty tired after that flight, “I, uhh…I hope I am”, he spoke calmly, giving a nervous smile, “I hope he’ll be alright with me being here…” The sounds of the indoors wasn’t very easy to make out, T’charrl’s antennae moving around trying to understand what was going on. It was certainly an odd sounding voice, but as Takeshi opened the door he let out a gasp, moving back a little in surprise. Definitely hoping for the best, he slowly moved in after Shu, keeping his head lowered as he tried to squeeze in the door. It was certainly odd what he was hearing, the man seemed to be having some sort of workout and having a lot of fun with it. Frowning a little, he gasped when the man spotted them, banging his head on the roof. Shaking his head quickly, he backed off a little and gave it a slow rub, staring at the man curiously. It was certainly a strange sight, but what was even stranger was the man didn’t think they would have lived. Shu was pretty bouncy, giving Roshi a quick wave as he bounced on his toes, “Hi Master Roshi! We are alive!” he spoke quickly, looking back to T’charrl, “We have friend! Friend T’charrl. He’s a big alien! He wants to learn too after we told him about you before we got here”. Feeling pretty happy, he didn’t think he would ever see this place again and smell the weird scent once more. He hoped Roshi was alright with this, his concern being he would reject them and tell them to move on. Moving forward a little, he gave T’charrl’s claws a quick pull, “Friend is a bit big, but he is very smart and really wants to learn a lot”.
