The Characters of note are more NPCs than player characters, but I wouldn't mind a few of them being played by characters. I'll edit it to show the restricted ones though-- The restricted ones being the ones I might need to mandatorily control to alter possible plot lines, etc. Unfortunately the queen is indeed one of these, sorry-- but the princess is free if you'd like
