:) Yes! Thank you, Kilt, I knew there was an example I wasn't thinking of. It's not that being a Weapon means you cannot have a soul wavelength, it's that [i]without[/i] a weapon, you cannot do anything [i]with[/i] your soul wavelength (or at the very least, you cannot optimize it; Black Star and Stein both use Weapons constantly). You [i]can[/i] be both a Meister and a Weapon at the same time, ala the sisters in the above (as they had been using each other for years before Kid ever met them), but that doesn't mean you can be autonomous as either.

EDIT: And none of this even gets into [i]magic[/i], and what's possible with that...
