Ah we meet again Sylverblu. Whelp, I like the idea and here he is. 

Name: Jerry
Last name: Collin

Nicknames: His friends call him "Jer" (pronounced J-air) but the more mean citizens will call him trash, useless, and human garbage.

Appearance: A dirty, grungy man. Jerry is of average hight, about 6'3 and due to homelessness around 150 to 160 pounds. Jerry has no style when it comes to what he wares, usually whatever he can scrounge up. However the only constant thing he wares is a ratty red hoodie with holes along the hem of the wrists and waist. The rest is usually mismatched jeans, socks, and shoes. Due to not having any real hygiene utensils, Jerry has scraggly stubble and unkempt, wild hair dirty blond in color. While not in any way perfect, Jerry tries to keep his teeth as clean as possible because they are the only ones hes got. Lastly, Jerry has injury induced heterochromia, with his right eye green and the left a pale bluish color. 

Age: 21

Kinetic ability: Visokinesis, the ability to control force. 

Personality: If you were to ask any of the homeless around Philly they will tell you that Jerry is a nice guy. Living on the streets since he was a little kid has not destroyed Jerry's optimism and views that the world can be better. Sure he knows that sometimes the world is full of evil and bad guys, but its filled with so much more beauty. However due to his "nice guy" ideals, Jerry suffers from "Chronic Hero Syndrome" and can't let bad things happen to good people, which actually introduced him to his powers. One day while getting ready to sleep, he overhead a scuffle and when he went to investigate discovered several men mugging a woman. When Jerry intervened by introducing his fist with some of the men's faces. With his distraction the woman ran away and with their catch gone, the men ganged up on Jerry, mercilessly beating him up. As he fell and the punches and kicks became too much, Jerry felt a little "push" come fourth from inside. Next thing he knows, the muggers are flung in different directions at high velocities. Jerry didn't know if he killed them or not but Jerry ran. He ran until he found his way in Philadelphia and settled in. Now Jerry helps when ever he can, by giving people a reason to smile again.

Profession: None, Jerry is homeless. However he takes to a little vigilantism now and again.

Any spouse/roommates/children: No, as an only child he had no siblings and when his powers surfaced he ran away from his original hometown. However he does have many friends with the homeless community and several out of it.

Other interesting information: 
Jerry volunteers for the more accepting charity works around town and actively works at soup kitchens. 

However, Jerry does not know how to actively control his powers and they are fatal when used against humans. For know, he can only use his powers in extreme situations or when he has taken enough damage. 

Due to the nature of his powers, Jerry subconsiously absorbs force almost constantly and since he cannot fully control it, the force builds up and causes Jerry headaches. Adversely, they also make him immune to punches, kicks, and small arms fire.
