It's worth noting Fury has yet to seek out or even deem to fight anyone (I) he decided wasn't worth his time or on par with his strength. Also, I've explicitly stated he never enters his high tier form in an intermediate fight. (the only time he's done it in an actual fight was -after- an opponent made the transition to high tier.) Finally, Fury's energy abilities are pretty limited when you actually look at them in comparison to say, the Ice Powers of that ice guy. He also has no weapons on top of this, and without shielding (which I've also explicitly stated only really works effectively at stopping ranged attacks and only then for a short time.) his durability is fairly standard for an intermediate tier, certainly less durable than the Clockwork Man as an example. Nevermind though, I don't think it's necessary to justify my characters because they seem overpowered on paper, obviously Skallagrim recognized that Fury is more than beatable or he wouldn't have let him in. Hell, you should mostly be thankful Fury's here, he provides a target for every good guy to immediately attack while keeping their conscience clear apparently.
