I like the Viking idea. I've played quite a few Viking characters and done a lot of research on their traditions, daily life, etc, and have even recently started studying a few Scandinavian languages. I can honestly say that it's a setting that I'm very familiar with. 

The Hero/Villain is another setting that I am more than familiar with, as it is actually my usual go-to setting for a lot of my RolePlays and I am the self-proclaimed queen of Marvel Fandom RPs. I'm sure we could work something out here and I have a lot of Original Characters up my sleeve for use.
