[Irene]

Irene quickly explained the situation to them-- once she finally caught her breath that is. Some of the freshmen start panicking or have mental breakdowns, others just have a dazed look on their faces, as if they can't believe what is happening. She asks the teacher for access to the gym's equipment room. The teacher nods and unlocks it. Irene peers around, specifically looking for baseball bats and hockey sticks. She finds them, takes out a aluminum baseball bat and slings a bag of each over her shoulders.
[b]"Well, I'll be going then. Take care guys, just don't open the doors and you should be fine for a while. Use the rest of the equipment to defend yourselves if zombies ever breach this area."[/b]
Irene opens the gym door and begins running again.
