I'm fine with people playing characters with mental disorders, as long as its done respectively, which I'm sure you won't have an issue with. :)

Also, a few points that I forgot to place in the main post:
There are stores and cafes, but to keep the isolated feeling, they'll either be manned by robot/androids, or have a high tech ordering system. 
There will be events- some mandatory, others not- every so often. A meeting, a dance, a barbecue. Things announced through more high tech systems in the houses. :)

But we seem to have enough intrest now to warrent a OOC. Let me go create one and post it.
